These terms are an agreement between you and Azad Digital Systems, a company registered in England and Wales [confirm] (company number [number]), which runs InstantJobs AI (“InstantJobs AI”, “we”), for use of the InstantJobs AI website, Chrome extension and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. What InstantJobs AI does

InstantJobs AI fills job-application forms from a profile you create and can draft answers to open questions. It does not submit applications for you. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you submit it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least [16] and give accurate sign-up information.
• Keep your password and profile passphrase safe. We cannot recover an encrypted profile if you lose the passphrase.

3. Plans and payment

• The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of fills and AI drafts. Pro costs $24.99 per month or $199 per year [plus applicable taxes] and renews at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your Account page. Pro continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Free trial: each account can try Pro free for 3 days, once, without giving card details. When the trial ends the account returns to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. [UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel online service contracts — confirm the wording with your lawyer.]

4. Acceptable use

• Use InstantJobs AI only for your own job applications, with information that is true.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.

5. AI-generated content

AI drafts can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are suggestions for you to review and edit. You are responsible for what you submit to employers.

6. Your content

You own your profile and anything you write. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to run the Service.

7. Availability and changes

Job sites change often and some forms may not fill correctly. We work to keep InstantJobs AI compatible but don't guarantee it will work on every site. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any job application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using InstantJobs AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law and contact
